A "pay" button is responsibility, not decoration

Delivery and payments look simple in a mockup. Add a button, an icon and "safe deal", and the product seems more serious. In reality this is about trust, money, timing, refunds, disputes and support.

So we do not want to add delivery and payments as decoration. Later and clearer is better than fast and vague.

What matters for delivery

Buyers need to know whether delivery is possible, how long it takes and who is responsible for handoff. Sellers need to know when they receive money, how shipping is confirmed and what happens if the deal is cancelled.

Serbia has different scenarios: personal handoff, city delivery, delivery between cities, services, real estate and vehicles. One universal button for everything starts lying quickly.

What matters for payments

Payments should reduce anxiety. If money moves through the platform, rules must be clear before the click: fees, timing, confirmation and refunds.

The principle

A transaction should become calmer. If a feature makes the process less clear or more risky, it is not ready yet.

A marketplace becomes stronger when people understand what happens after they click.
