Open the listing and use the message button to chat directly with the seller, or call the phone number if one is shown. Agree on the details, price and handover directly between yourselves — Rsale doesn't act as an intermediary.

New listings go through a short moderation check before they appear in search, which usually takes a little while. If your listing was rejected, you'll see the reason in "My listings" — common causes are prohibited items, misleading details or poor-quality photos. Fix the issue and resubmit.

Every listing has a report option — use it to flag anything that looks like a scam, a prohibited item or misleading content. You can also contact our support team with the listing link and a short description. We review reports and take action against accounts that break the rules.
